All of the products we make including, but not limited to; our handmade cold process soaps, scented candles, and bakery items- are created using the most natural ingredients balanced with USFDA regulation standards. We never test on animals and use vegan ingredients whenever possible. 
By purchasing products from this site, you agree to the terms and policies set forth in the policies listed on our T&C. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
Dragonfly Acres Crafts is a privately held company, we do not offer franchise or affiliate networking at this time.

Shipping and Refund/Return Policy
We ship by USPS standard mail options. While domestic (USA) orders can sometimes take less than a week depending on time of year and the USPS' own policies, please allow up to  4-6 weeks for international orders. Especially to the Eastern European Union and Western Asia (Japan, South Korea) and Australia. At this time we are not shipping to the following areas due to governmental shipping bans and/ or civil unrest, or anywhere that the cost of shipping is prohibitive;
Crimea and the Russian Federation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, or any individual or entity operating or residing in those places;
Individuals or entities identified on sanctions lists such as OFAC’s Specially Designated Nationals (“SDN”) List or Foreign Sanctions Evaders (“FSE”) List;
Anywhere on the African Continent, Eastern Mediterranean Sea, South East Asia, and China;
Due to the nature of bespoke and limited edition products, cancellation requests can only be honored if they are made within the first 48 hours after purchase. Once the order has gone into fulfillment, no cancellations will be accepted.  Any attempt at a chargeback will result in legal action and a permanent ban from future purchases.  We can only accept returns or issue refunds with the return of the merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Return postage must be paid by the buyer (and will of course be deducted from the cost of a replacement if such is required or refunded with the original purchase price if that is your choice). 
These policies are in place to discourage fraud and help keep costs down so I can keep my prices down for you too =)

 

Arkansas Food Freedom Act 2021
All products for sale in our shop are produced on our farm in central Arkansas. The 2021 Arkansas Food Freedom Act requires an ID number to be issued by the AR depts. of Health and Agriculture to all cottage industry businesses. 
We are proud to list our number as  #104010093
This product was produced in a private residence that is exempt
from state licensing and inspection. This product may contain allergens. 
Processed in the same place as coconut, walnuts, pecans, other tree nuts, milk products, and eggs.
Our products are not vegan, gluten-free, or certified Kosher.
